Know Your Client
The directors of OSA are obligated by law and company policy to go through the process of information gathering to evidence that due diligence was applied in making the decision to enter into a business relationship with the candidate. The rule "know your client" is required to determine the identity and establish the bona fides of each prospective new candidate; Generally, the basic information we require at the registration meeting is as follows;
- A certified copy of the photograph page of the prospective candidate’s passport or drivers license.
- 2 original (or copies certified as explained above) utility bills, not more than 3 months old, (e.g; gas, electricity or telephone (not a mobile bill) or bank statement or other official document showing the residential address of the person.
- A professional reference from persons or organisations that have dealt with or have known the person for a period no less than five years.
- Education Certificates
- Recent payslip
- National Insurance Number
- Tax Reference Number and Tax Code (for temporary staff)
- Bank Account details (for temporary staff)
