Bernie, a HR professional with extensive international experience managing the permanent and temporary recruitment divisions as well as the training and administrative teams. She has the responsibility of advising senior candidates and consulting with clients on their top level recruitment processes. Bernie is a hands-on Director.
Manx born and educated on the Island, Bernie has gained over sixteen years experience working within the offshore financial services. Previous employers include Isle of Man Newspapers, AXA Equity & Law, Bank of Bermuda and HSBC before joining OSA in April 2006.
